Children usually have curiosity to learn or to know new things. They question a lot. But elders do not have that much patience to answer all those questions. We grown ups cannot understand the world of kids. But as an educational institution it is our responsibility to comprehend them and we try to enter into their world of imagination and creativity. Education should be an eye opener but not slaughterer of their imagination.

We at CIS motivate and encourage children to keep on asking questions. In order to nurture this habit, we are keen in designing a curriculum which should kindle the spark inside them as per the guidelines set by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Learning should be an unconscious process. It should not create pressure or it should not be a burden for them. Usually, parents and teachers are mainly concerned about the end product and they don’t focus much on the process. But at CIS more focus is on the process of learning which in turn gives us a better product.

Learning is a life long journey, to show them a clear path what we design a curriculum - it’s just a lead- for them to continue their journey through our life. We provide our students with life skills – which is the most essential part of learning. The curriculum also emphasis on Adult education programme and value-based education. All these are students centric and we involve our students through experiential learning activities, art integrated learning and inculcate in them the importance of sustainable development goals.
